Rotherham PARTS supports people living with long-term to better understand their condition, feel less alone, and take back control of their health.
What is Rotherham PARTS?
PARTS (Pain Assessment, Rehabilitation and Therapy Service) is a specialist chronic pain service in Rotherham.
We offer a supportive, non-medication-based approach to help people better understand and manage persistent pain.
Through health coaching and group sessions, we focus on practical strategies that improve day-to-day wellbeing and build long-term confidence.

Who Rotherham PARTS Is For
PARTS is for adults (16+) living with chronic or persistent pain who are registered with a Rotherham GP.
This service may help if you:

- Feel isolated or unsure how to manage your condition

Mental Health Support
NHS Rotherham Talking Therapies
Free, evidence-based mental health support for people experiencing low mood, anxiety, panic or emotional distress, including those living with long-term pain or health conditions.
The service offers one-to-one talking therapies and group sessions to support mental health and wellbeing. Appointments are available f face to face, or via phone, video call, or app-based text messaging.
You can refer yourself online without seeing a GP.

Physical Activity & Rehabilitation
Every Move Counts (Rotherham Active Hub)
A free programme supporting people with long-term health conditions to build physical activity into everyday life at a pace that feels manageable.
You’ll receive one-to-one support from an activity coach over a structured 12-week period, helping you set realistic goals, build confidence, and track your progress.
Employment & Wellbeing
WorkWell – Employment Support
Free support for people with a health condition or disability who need help to find, stay in, or return to work.
You’ll receive personalised one-to-one support, including help with job searching, CVs, interviews, and managing your health at work. Practical support and guidance with workplace adjustments are also available.
